Overview

With its own private entrance, this ground floor holiday apartment is both accessible and dog friendly.

This spacious apartment is perfect for a couple or small family, with an open plan living and kitchen area and a separate double bedroom with ensuite shower room. An extra adult or two small children could be accommodated on the double sofa bed.

The living area has two two seater sofas (one being the double sofa bed), a flat screen TV with integral DVD player and Sky channels, and a four seater dining table. This is open plan to the generous newly fitted kitchen, which is also fully equipped. From the kitchen there are patio doors leading out onto a private covered seating area which has views over Cawsand Bay and the surrounding countryside. A door in the kitchen leads to the large ensuite double bedroom.

It’s a few minutes’ easy walking to the local shops and beaches.

Dog friendly – 2 small dogs or 1 medium dog only. Please contact me if you’re not sure. There’s a fee of £25 per stay to cover the additional cleaning.
