Looking out across Plymouth Sound, this beautiful apartment has its own private entrance and offers a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. Catering for singles or couples, the Upper Deck is a loft style apartment encompassing high quality fixtures and fittings, including a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There is also a high spec bathroom with Jacuzzi style bath that’s big enough for two!
The main accommodation, with its floor to ceiling windows, gives panoramic views of Cawsand Bay and the surrounding countryside. Furniture includes a two seater sofa, a flat screen TV with integral DVD including Sky channels, a CD player, a King size bed with all bed linen provided, and a Bose music system with radio, clock and alarm. There is also free WIFI in the apartment.
The outside space is a huge deck area which has a BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy a glass of wine and a meal whilst looking out at the gorgeous countryside and fantastic Cawsand Bay with all its hive of activities. The apartment is few minutes easy walking to the local shops, pubs and beaches.
